First time I have been in this Milestone. Service was as good as my BC location. My order was quick, staff was very accommodating. A good deal all around.

Specials weren't available, we waited forever for drinks and food and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Also, the waitress spilled a drink on a friend's coat. They did offer a discount for the terrible experience.

I just had the jumbo shrimp ( with quinoa, rice and roasted vegetables) meal from the Valentine Special Menu. Please Milestones put this on the regular menu. It was the best shrimp meal I've ever tasted. I'd change my rating to 5 stars if this meal is added to the regular menu. Also the waitress was lovely, even after we asked her twice to take our group valentine photo.

The food was amazing, especially ribs so tender, never tried any delicious like this in Ottawa before. The servers were friendly and helpful. The only thing was a bit too loud. Can come back again for sure.

Milestones at Pinecrest is one of my favourite restaurants (and I have been fortunate to have David as our server many times). Had another great meal 2.6.24 with my step-daughter, Robin. We were very happy with the dinner (Apps: Sweet Chili Chicken Bites, Coconut Calamari and Main: Thai Curry Bowl with Chicken (new). Maggie was our server and she was very pleasant and her style made it an overall wonderful meal. Jessie Morin
My friend wanted a Michelob ULTRA and there didn't seem to be a list of beers sold. As well, my husband was really looking forward to Wagyu Beef Meatloaf and both of these items were sold out by 6:30
A completely different experience from last week in Kanata. Service was awesome- Dave is always awesome. It was a great experience! My only complaint was the value for money for portion size. I ordered a Thai bowl and there wasn't alot of anything in it. For $27 I expect more. I know the restaurant industry suffered through COVID and I am sympathetic. But I eat out a lot and this is the only place I felt the portion size was small in comparison to the high cost!

Food and drinks were excellent. Nice choice of bottled wines. Fun and attentive staff. Not a cheap night out, but a good night out. The only issue we had was inadequate coat hanging space. Would definitely go back.

Made reservation over the phone 30 mins prior to arrival. Hostess had no idea or record of this.Ordered chicken parmigiana. I specifically asked if it came with tomato sauce. Didn't see any so sent it back. Our party of four was not asked if interested in coffee or dessert after dinner.Did receive 1/2 price dinner.Dissatisfied all in all.
