This is the second time I bring my co-workers to Mill St Pub, not only for the great beer and food, but the wonderful sercice which is always done with a smile and the occasional hug ;-) looking forward to returning soon. I attended a scheduled event at this pub tonight, and it turned out to be one of the most disappointing, poorly handled, and genuinely frustrating experiences I’ve ever had in any restaurant or pub.
From the moment we arrived, the staff appeared completely unprepared. The wait staff were unprofessional and seemed to have no training whatsoever. They couldn’t answer basic questions about drinks, didn’t seem to understand what was on the bar menu, and had no idea what...read full review
