The team at Milo’s Pastry went above and beyond to make things right after our last experience, and I truly appreciate their effort. Not only did they fix the issue with the tiramisu (which is back to its original generous size and deliciousness), but they also added a thoughtful touch by gifting us a box of assorted cookies for the inconvenience.
Their commitment to customer satisfaction and the quality of their desserts are what keep us coming back. The tiramisu was as decadent and flavorful as ever, and the cookies were a delightful bonus! This kind of customer care is rare these days, and it shows how much they value their patrons.
Highly recommend Milo’s Pastry for anyone who appreciates exceptional desserts and exceptional service.

Bernadette is truly an artist. Our wedding cake was beautiful and so delicious. We did a three layer cake (salted caramel and red velvet) and the guests loved it. She made our vision come to life (all I gave her was one photo from Pinterest and she created the exact photo). She also delivered to the venue! We haven’t got all of our photos back but here is a photo someone took!
Dry cake that tastes like it was frozen. Icing tasted oil based.

This review is long overdue, but I wanted to share my wonderful experience with Milo's Pastry. Two months ago , we had a privayevfamily wedding dinner at home for my son and daughter-in-law before the big reception, due to a family illness. I explained our situation to Bernadette Assaad, the Co-owner, and mentioned that I needed to pick up the cake at 8:30 a.m. before the church ceremony, even though Milo's doesn't usually open until 9:00 a.m.
Bernadette kindly offered to open so I could pick up the cake on time. I was incredibly grateful for this exceptional service. The cake itself was perfect, beautiful, fresh, delicious and exactly what we wanted. We chose a lemon-flavored cake, and it was the best I've ever had. Everyone common how fresh and tasty it was.
I highly recommend Milo's Pastry. Bernadette truly creates masterpieces, and I will definitely be returning and referringvothers to this place. Thank you Bernadette!

First visit was very successful. Fantastic home made pastry creations. As a chef of 42 years, these folks have talent.

Milo's Pastry saved the day! I had ordered a croque em bouche from another bakery, only to have them cancel my order just two days before my event. In desperation, I reached out to Milo's and they graciously agreed to fulfill my order even though it was very short notice. They were kind, thoughtful and very pleasant to deal with. Plus the croque em bouche was amazing! I am forever grateful :) Highly recommend this shop.

They don’t even deserve 1 star; if I could, I'd give them 0. My only advice is to avoid wasting your money here and consider buying your cake from Metro or even Food Basics instead. Trust me, you'll find better value elsewhere. It's too expensive for what you get. Not recommending at all! It was incredibly embarrassing to discover hair in my wife's birthday cake.

I was looking for a place to buy a last minute cake for a night out with friends and I came across Milo’s Pastry. The service was good. There were many choices. We got a praline cake which was very good but I was expecting something a little more elaborate for the price.

Can’t recommend Milo’s enough! Lovely family business who really cares about providing quality service and pastries/cakes. We trusted them with making a custom cake last year for our son’s first birthday, and we were blown away by the final product. We went ahead and ordered again this year for his second birthday and WOW! Their fondant work and attention to detail is beyond impressive, they replicated my inspiration pictures and sketch to perfection. The cake inside tastes amazing too, we got compliments from everyone! Don’t hesitate to order your custom cake from them, you won’t regret it! Thanks again Milo’s team ❤️

Had the fruit tart and hazelnut cannoli. Pastry on the tart was tender and flaky and the hazelnut mousse in the cannoli was delicious. Hoping they’ll have butter tarts soon. My favourite part was my interaction with the cashier when I asked “what’s the best?” And she responded, “It’s my Dad’s shop and everything he makes is the best!” Will definitely be returning to try different pastries.
