I ordered a steak medium. It came medium rare. She offered to put it back on the grill for me but I declined because the steak was already a little tough and I didn't want it to be tougher. My friend had her steak well done and she had trouble chewing but - well done steak - I didn't expect any different. The gravy was way to salty and hard to eat. The server was great, she left us alone and let us talk, filling out drinks when needed. We did have to track her down at...

I had a wonderful experience at Montana's, thanks to our amazing server, Sheila. She was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure everything came out with perfect timing and always with a warm smile. Her service truly made our visit special, and it was clear she genuinely cared about making our experience enjoyable. A big thank you to Sheila for going above and beyond!
