Really disappointing experience. Booked in advance for a birthday and had to put credit card details to reserve seats with threat of 25$ charge if the reservation was cancelled. The reservation was made to try different scotch/ whiskeys because of the 'scotch lounge' advertising and the extensive whiskey/ scotch menu posted online. Had to wait 10 minutes after arriving before anyone came to the front of house or acknowledged people waiting at the door. There was no food...

We are not fans of your new menu. We would like to see a charcuterie board returned as an option. We also enjoyed your previous grilled cheese sandwiches and would like to see that item returned to your menu as well. Thank you.

I did not eat the food so cannot comment on that. We specifically went to the lounge to see and LISTEN too the musicians that were booked - paying $15 each for the cover. Unfortunately, during the entire 1 hour set (of some great musicians by the way) we could hear people in the back of the bar talking very loudly -- significantly impacting on our enjoyment of the music. When we talked to the staff about it, they said they would speak to the people but it doesn't seem that...
