Super nice staff and unique flavours. I tried the Vietnamese coffee and brownie sandwich.

So delicious and the service is so kind! Highly recommend their caramel ice cream sandwich, brûléed!

Wow! the ice creams are smooth and delicious, excellent flavours!
The wraps are SO delicious, the flavour combinations are incredibly good.
And I have to say I have never had an ice cream sandwich that was as good as they did here, I tried both the chocolate and the durian, so delicious . Fun Matcha summer drink made with fresh local strawberries.
Everything was delicious to us!

Interesting flavours.

Great flavours, love the crisp apple crisp and, my favourite, coffee toffee (it has a fancier name), with their homemade waffle cone.

Several vegan ice cream flavours (scoops, waffle cone, dipped and icecream sandwiches). Kids scoop available. Vegan Dalgona flavour is pretty good.

The vegan waffle cone is pretty good as well. Next time I’ll try the bruléed vegan icecream sandwiches. They offer free tap water at their water station.

I love their unique flavors. The ice cream is light and refreshing.

It's pricier and the portions are smaller but I recommend it regardless. I think they pay their employees well and hold themselves by stronger ethical standards, hence, the higher price.

The banana flavour is amazing, and please keep Dalgona & Coffee on the menu. Also, I would love for vegan bubble waffles to return.

I finally made it to the new location on Wellington. My tofu sandwich was very good and I bought a pint of Hongkong Milk tea which the perfect cup of tea in ice cream form - not sweet either, it's perfection! I do wish I could find the ingredients somewhere however. The only issue is the very cool temperature in the store.

I’ve had several of their ice cream flavours and they are always delicious! Also they always have many Gluten Free options which I’m grateful for. Can’t wait to try more flavours and a GF Ice cream sandwich.

Went here on my most recent trip to Canada. We got the bong Kong milk tea and white rabbit scoops. They were both really good flavors. The only negative thing was that it kind of left a bit of a waxy coating in my mouth. The flavor list was very unwise which I liked and the ice cream itself was very smooth. Overall it was a good experience :)

This was on our must-try list in Ottawa, and we were not disappointed. They offer gluten-free waffle cones as well as a variety of vegan ice cream options. We ordered two waffle cones: Hong Kong Milk Tea with Vegan Black Sesame, and Hong Kong Milk Tea with White Rabbit. We were blown away by how authentic the Hong Kong Milk Tea and White Rabbit flavors tasted — exactly what we would expect from the real thing. It was a wonderful homage to these iconic Asian flavors. The vegan black sesame was creamier than expected but still delicious. Overall, it was a fantastic sweet treat — the ice cream was authentic, high quality, and full of flavor. We paid around $20 for two cones, which was on the pricier side, but the quality made it worth it. Definitely worth a visit.

The interesting ice cream flavors is really what brings you here. I tried the vegan black sesame and it was good. Wasn’t too sweet and had a creamy texture. I would say their waffle cones could be made better. They were brittle and sweeter than the ice cream! I would definitely want to come back and try the other flavors.

One really nice cherry on the proverbial cake is that they don't bug you for tips. One price set and done!
