The food is extremely tasty. The shawarma made here along with the garlic is very clean and light. They get you full without causing you to feel bloated. The portions are very good I ordered a medium shawarma and it was literally huge. Service is awesome I had a nice chat with the chef and he was very kind. Best shawarma in canada by far easily!

I have lived in Ottawa my entire adult life and when I say this is the best Wrap/Shawarma in Ottawa, I MEAN IT. Palace has always been a classic and a consistent place to go for shawarma, but it’s boring! Mr. Fez’s spicy garlic toum isn’t just red coloured, it’s actually spicy and has flavour!! They’re also one of the only places I can get pomegranate sweet sauce and the cheese sauce is always a great addition. The only problem I have is I wish there were more locations!Vegetarian options: They always have falafel on hand

Very good shawarma poutine! Service was super kind and helpful, not to mention pretty quick. Food stayed warm on the way home and was delicious. This might not be everyone’s favourite way of preparing poutine but I sure enjoyed it. No regrets, will be returning in the future!
