i usually go here to grab a bite to eat because i love soft pretzels and it's convenient since i work inside the mall. staff are very nice and pleasant to talk to. the atmosphere seems to be clean, well-kept and everyone is efficient. my favorite thing to order is the different kinds of pretzel bites. although the pretzel bites usually are usually served good, today i grabbed an order after i finished a long shift thinking it would be just as good as all the other times. not all the pretzel bites seemed to be fully cooked... 3 stars.

I purchased 3 units, and was asked to wait 7 minutes for the food. The attendant decided to help all the customers that arrived after me (4). Only after he attended the last one, he added my pretzels to the oven, taking around 25 minutes total to get my food. Shouldn’t the clients be helped in order of arrival?

Waited in line to be served one young lady working behind counter 11:20am. Guy goes right up to cashier and cuts in-front of me even though lady behind counter saw me waiting in line she still serves him before me. Simply walked away not pleasant at all knowing mall just opened with only 3 people in line

Good place to get some amazing pretzels. We tried the new Zatar flavour pretzel and it was good. Although I still like the Sesame (in salty choices) and Sugar Cinnamon (among sweet ones) more. There wasn’t much queue when we went (Saturday evening). Staff was nice and friendly. There isn’t any seating space at the place but the food court is a few steps away so you can bring it there.

Staff is not friendly. I got the Nutella Pretzel with half of it, out of Nutella. Wherever, I asked for extra Nutella they said that I have to pay extra and was rude to me.

We ordered two salted pretzels and a cheese stuffed pretzel and they were honestly amazing! Worth the price. However, the staff were not friendly whatsoever... When we ordered the cashier was blunt and rude. We asked for hot cheese sauce, to which she abruptly replied "we don't have any." With a huge stink eye.. None of the staff were friendly or smiled when distributing orders to customers. We almost felt Asif we were annoying to them. I understand that working in the food serving industry isn't favorable, but when it's that obvious that you don't want to be there, it makes the customers uncomfortable.
The store is closed at 6pm, I arrived 5:40pm, and the 3 ladies were cleaning the store already, and told me that everything were sold out.
