i usually go here to grab a bite to eat because i love soft pretzels and it's convenient since i work inside the mall. staff are very nice and pleasant to talk to. the atmosphere seems to be clean, well-kept and everyone is efficient. my favorite thing to order is the different kinds of pretzel bites. although the pretzel bites usually are usually served good, today i grabbed an order after i finished a long shift thinking it would be just as good as all the other times....

Good place to get some amazing pretzels. We tried the new Zatar flavour pretzel and it was good. Although I still like the Sesame (in salty choices) and Sugar Cinnamon (among sweet ones) more.
There wasn’t much queue when we went (Saturday evening). Staff was nice and friendly. There isn’t any seating space at the place but the food court is a few steps away so you can bring it there.

We ordered two salted pretzels and a cheese stuffed pretzel and they were honestly amazing! Worth the price. However, the staff were not friendly whatsoever... When we ordered the cashier was blunt and rude. We asked for hot cheese sauce, to which she abruptly replied "we don't have any." With a huge stink eye.. None of the staff were friendly or smiled when distributing orders to customers. We almost felt Asif we were annoying to them. I understand that working...
