We ordered two salted pretzels and a cheese stuffed pretzel and they were honestly amazing! Worth the price. However, the staff were not friendly whatsoever... When we ordered the cashier was blunt and rude. We asked for hot cheese sauce, to which she abruptly replied "we don't have any." With a huge stink eye.. None of the staff were friendly or smiled when distributing orders to customers. We almost felt Asif we were annoying to them. I understand that working...

Such soft, warm and perfectly textured pretzels, just um, um, ummmmmm. This was my first time trying pretzels, we took Nutella Pretzel and Vanilla pretzel, and they told us that they had a special offer running that day and we can order 1 more pretzel. So with all our sweet pretzels, we ordered a savory pretzel, a cheddar pretzel. And all the pretzels were so good, a bit messy to eat, so take a few extra napkins but absolutely worth the mess.

I entered the mall and immediately the smell of deliciousness rose in the air ? "Mr. Pretzels"
I bought a pretzel? with cinnamon which was sweet and delicious.
And pretzel? with parmesan that balanced the sweet taste in the mouth with its delicious saltiness.
The place is clean and welcoming, the staff is courteous.
Highly recommend ❤️
