Donuts were fantastic. Had the banana and cream covered donuts and would highly recommend them. Customer service rep was even kind enough to throw in a couple extras.

The moment I walked in the place I got a whiff of washroom air. I ordered a vanilla ice cream with the salted caramel dip which was my mistake because I found actual chunks of salt on my dessert. I felt as if I got my weekly sodium intake with that dip. Despite my disappointing order, the place was clean and the staff were okay.

It smelled like washroom the second i went in. The ice cream dips were horrible, the salted caramel dip had massive chunks of salt and the cookies and cream dip was so sweet i couldn’t taste the sweetness of my ice cream. They only have vanilla ice cream. The service was good though.

Don’t know what’s happening in this location. The second you open the door it had a very bad smell . I ordered one of the cold coffees and just 6 loukoumades with cinnamon and honey . The coffee didn’t taste like coffee , it had a very bad smell and taste and the honey on the loukoumades was like water, they tasted so bad . I just threw all of it in the garbage and left. Get your act together guys . Mr. Puffs is one of my favorite places in Montreal , they are top tier. I was so excited to see one in Ottawa . Disappointing is an understatement. A shame.

We ordered 2 Ice creams, the dip was delicious but the soft serve was awful. Didn’t taste like anything. Even McDonald’s soft serve is waaay better. Is a shame because like I said, the dips are nice.

I tried it for the first time. First the customer service was terrible. The employees are dry as if they are forced to work there. Second I seen a pictures of an iced coffee, looked delicious. When I got it, as if I went to tim hortons and bought a old black coffee with very few ice.
They added the milk from those mini milk packets. It was so gross. 3rd the puffs tasted like oil with drizzled chocolate.
I would never go back there.
