This is the third time I’ve ordered from Mr. Puffs on ubereats and it’s always the same issue, they don’t deliver what we pay for. The item name and picture looks great, but the food never looks or tastes like what they advertise. Lokma is much better.
What I got today was basically plain dough balls with a tiny drizzle of sauce, nothing close to how it’s shown or described on the menu. It feels like zero effort goes into online orders.
I do not recommend ordering online from them. Until they actually provide what customers are paying for, it’s not worth it

The puffs were hot, airy, and perfectly crispy — absolutely delicious! I gave 4 stars because there was an unpleasant odor upon entering the store. We had planned to dine in since it was cold outside, but unfortunately, the smell made it uncomfortable to stay. The staff, however, were very kind and friendly.
They go above and beyond to make things right. First responders get a discount!

I'm surprised the rating is below 4 stars The service is fast, items are tasty (got Mocha and baklava puffs), and prices are really good!! The toppings quantity could be more but other than that, it's a pretty good dessert/drink store!

Ordered from Uber – absolutely unacceptable. Half of my order was missing, the other half was completely wrong and arrived ice cold and very soggy. On top of that, I was told I’m not even eligible for a refund for this garbage service. If I could give zero stars (or less), I absolutely would. The Uber driver was fine though.
TL;DR: payed for two boxes, instead got a cold and soggy box and cant refund.
