I don't usually write reviews but this time I had a bad experience and for the second time with Mr. Puffs the first time the balls were almost chocolate free and the second time then the balls were cold and dry as crispy.

Got ourselves a biscotti and a cappuccino one and it was a great way to end our evening. Freshly made puffs in the winter just hits different.
The place is also relatively quiet in the evening so it's a nice way to unwind and just chat.

Farrrr too oily. They need to do something about the oiliness. I want to support Canadian products but they have to cut down the oiliness for me to come back. Service is always good - I can't do the oil in the puffs.

Had Mr. Puffs a couple of times. Can’t say I’m disappointed. For those who are unfamiliar with them, they are like a Beavertails but in balls and with a much bigger choice! I really enjoyed them , they are delicious, and will for sure get some more in the future! Also always eat them when they’re still warm

I got there and I asked how much for the 130 puffs platter and they told me that it takes a 24 hr notice for them to do it. When I asked how much time it will take for them to make 100, the Arab guy said that worked there that it's only 20 minutes. It does not make sense. Plus, he's very rude and very unapproachable for a business/hospitality employee. It's a good thing the lady was patient enough to talk to us.
