Why open at 10am if the puffs (your core product) aren’t available until 10:30? Been twice on a Sunday morning hoping to pick some up but turned away both times cuz the puffs wouldn’t be ready for another 30 min. My suggestion would be to just open at 10:30. This way your customers aren't left disappointed by the lack of actual product available.

I have been to this location a few times and it is progressively getting worse and worse. In the summer it was young kids who could not care less, could not even put soft serve into a cone properly. Now we have 3 clueless men who dont even know what day it is, let alone how to listen to what the customer wants to order. My order was very simple, yet I had to break it down by each step, and it still came out wrong. I actually had to interrupt him while he was assembling the box because he almost put a completely wrong flavour on it. Ridiculous that this location is in landsdowne of all places and still surviving, it does not even deserve 1 star.

Very unfriendly. Worker was on his phone, biting his nails, picking at face and beard and then jumps right in to prepare food. I asked if the double chocolate got two kinds of drizzle and he just points at the menu. Most likely won’t be back.

Service is terrible. I live above a Mr Puffs in Montreal and have been to so many of them and never had this terrible of service. Not only was the wait time unnecessarily long, one of the two people working was complaining about the AC and how they weren’t enough people scheduled and taking more orders when they couldn’t event keep up!!! Meanwhile, the other guy was constantly making puffs, filling the containers and sauces, etc. So basically there was one employee working… just a terrible experience overall in terms of service .

Expect to wait between 30 minutes to 1 hour for your food provided you have the patience to wait. Being understaffed is not an excuse for the horrendous service. The least the staff could do for things beyond their control is to inform the customers of the current situation and the estimated time of waiting, so the customers wouldn’t be left there like invisible clowns

The worst possible Mr Puffs location, The whole summer their ice cream machine was not working properly, they were under stuffed. Waiting to receive your order was sometimes longer than 30 minutes. The last time I went there I had to ask for my money back. There was only 2 people working on Saturday afternoon and at least about 20 customers waiting. I also received a very rud response from the girl on the cash register when asked what was going on, her response was that the business belongs to their family so it is not their fault that they don't have enough people to work and is not their responsibility that the ice cream machine is not working properly, which to made no sense. Atmosphere is good, bud again with no people to work the place looked a bit dirty. Very very very bad customer service. Avoid at all cost.??????

Ordered online for a few work colleagues, the order was correct and ready on time. Delicious as always! Choco-Loco is my favorite.

This place has a very hard time with accuracy. I've Ubered from them twice, they omitted the extras I paid for twice and sent the wrong kind of puffs once. I had to request a refund from Uber both times.

I would give this a 0/5 stars if I could. Not only were the staff cold and not friendly at all, the food was disgusting I had to waste almost all of my order. The puffs were so hard on the outside I could barely bite into it, but somehow they were still raw on the inside and not to mention the amount of oil in the bottom of the box. I was also told it would be a 5minute wait, but it ended up being over 30minutes for 2 packs of 12. To add, after my order was taken the female worker went and sat on the floor while my friend was still standing and waiting to order. Once a place I loved, but after this horrendous experience I’m hesitant to return.

It’s like a miniature version of a beaver tail. It was enjoyable but something I wouldn’t go out of my way for. Entering the store has a really weird smell, and the waitresses have a lot of attitude. They are not willing to help and prior to serving our food, they were wiping their side/armpit area swiping something off which didn’t seem really sanitary for us.
