Very good food sometimes go by there. When I'm in Ottawa, as there are not very many Mr subs left. I like the bread definitely better than Subway. Not quite as good as firehouse, but I'm definitely a good option. This location seemed to be clean fresh. Good, fast service and decent price. All right, we'll definitely check it out again.Then, you should too I doubt you'll be disappointed. There is a variety of menu items, including a cookie with marshmallow. In between it which looks decent, I may have to try that. And also, they have a steak in cheese queso sub, which also looks good. So check them out, tell them I sent you.

We ordered from Uber tonight. We have never had a problem before until tonight. One sub there was no chicken , all four of our subs were cold. Like toasted but sat there. Wasn't an Uber issue as the guy had the heat bag and it was only a 5 min ride. The loaded tots were so cold , like they didn't even cook them. Threw them out right away.

Trying mr.sub first time ordered large veggie and cheese sub, paid 11.50$ something. all good but sandwich was cut wrongly everything fell down, didn’t want to visit store again had few bites and there was nothing in sub, check camera 12:10 pm 10-nov. throwing out more than half sub. just bcz its not staying up together.

I used to enjoy passing by Mr. Sub every now and then. Never expected miracles, but it was a decent sandwich on the go from a Canadian company. The lack of value has crossed a tipping point now, though, and it's not worth even bothering. The meat was sliced so thin it was practically see through, and the portion so small it was barely visible in the bun when closed. My small assorted might as well have been lettuce and mustard, because those were the only ingredients in palpable evidence for that $8. Pretty sad. Avoid.

The staff’s behavior ruined the experience (1/5). They refused to give me a plastic bag for my sandwich, saying it wasn’t free, which felt very rude. Overall, I cannot recommend this place because of the poor service.

Just enough meat in the sub to remind you that meat exists but not enough to taste.
I'm from Philly and am forever looking for a cheesesteak that resembles a cheesesteak. This one would be close if it had more meat and cheese. Sauteed onions would also be a huge plus. Similar to the meat on the sub they gave just enough cheese so that if you examin the contents closely you may find traces of its existence. I also ordered marinara, a common topping for a cheese steak but less well known outside of PA and NJ. It seemed to make the sandwich prepareres nervous and they applied a few atoms of marinara likely out of concern for my well being, maybe figuring my finger slipped while ordering but wanting to honour the request technically. I thank you for your concern but I did indeed actually want marinara. I will not be ordering again, but next time you see such an order you can confidently apply a detectable amount of marinara. I assure you the native Philadelphian who ordered it is sane and simply searching for a taste of home.
