we got two subs mine was the meatless meatball sub which was I'd say was a bit below average quality if not just average and my friend got one of the turkey clubs can't remember which one and he said the bread was gross he replaced the bread with hot dog buns from home because he hated the bread. all in all it was interesting to try for the first time but we wont return.
The staff working on the evening of Jan 19 was fantastic. She was friendly and went above and beyond. Nice to receive such great customer service. Thank you!

Doesn’t get more quaint than this sub shop, especially compared with Subway. Attentive service, decent selection of fresh toppings. Clean bathroom. A slight delay with placing the order using technology, but we got through it ok. If this is the only Mr. Sub in town, I wouldn’t mind coming back and being served by the lady per se.

As this is the only Mr Sub in Ottawa you would think it would be a great spot to represent the brand but its not worth it. I went in one day to get my sub and the owner was the one who made it, he was rude and dismissive every time I asked to put some more veggies on the sub. Without asking to toast my sub he already started wrapping it up in the paper. By the time I got home to eat it, the sub was soggy and lacked flavour. Its really sad cause everytime I'm in Toronto I would get this and it would be a treat but I'll never spot by this place in Ottawa.

Such great service! And the bread for my sub was toasted to perfection!! Slight crunch yet soft. Yummy! The atmosphere is like any Mr. Sub. Not a fault of this place, it's just how fast food joints are. But this place was very clean, even the washroom :)
