Ayush bro is fantastic at Mucho Burrito! Every time he makes our meal it’s perfect, no matter what I order. Always fresh, tasty, and consistent. I 100% recommend coming here and enjoying the food.

I’ve been going for 10+ years and have always gotten the exact same thing. Quesadilla with cheese, rice, chicken, veggies. Now we apparently cannot get rice in a quesadilla? When I asked why not they tell me it’s because of the quesadilla press… is this a new rule? For 18$ (plus the ‘expected’ tip) i don’t see why rice would not be an option… definitely not returning.

Had a really great experience on my late night trip to mucho tonight. accidentally showed up 15 minutes till close but was still kindly welcomed by our wonderful and entertaining burrito artist Vani, she kept a very enthusiastic manner even though we felt like bothers coming in so late. she laughed with us, smiled, and even accommodated for our vegetarian needs even when products were already put away. thank you very much for making our night Vani <3

Service was not that great of an employee serving the food could not speak full English and cannot understand my request when ordering food. Portions of food were very minimal and my bowl ended up half empty and it looked like somebody ate out of it but it was just they didn't put barely anything in it for the money. Also bought mucho burrito and it's supposed to come with free guacamole and the guy didn't put it in. For the premium price you're paying, I wouldn't recommend eating here.

I'm not sure if all Mucho Burrito chain is the same, but this particular Mucho Burrito lied to me that you guys never make nachos in a box or bake the nachos! I always get the nachos from Barrhaven, Bells Corner and centrum. They make the best nachos for a fast food joint! I'll post a picture of how those other restaurants serve it. 1 star for no service or try to make it the way the customer wants it. Went to another location.
