On Wednesday night at 10pm my friend went to get himself a burrito bowl and he ended up being food poisoning.. where he had a really bad headache , nausea , diarrhea and more. I am honestly so disappointed in how this one location handles their food. It’s just questionable now. Please review the food you guys are giving it’s just not pleasant.Thank you

I've been to other Mucho Burritos in the past, but this one lacks on all fronts. The food lacked toppings, we had to repeat our order ten times at various stages (not exaggerating) and the restaurant itself didn't feel well kept. If you really want a burrito place, head over to the Mucho Burrito at South Keys.

I used to come here all the time but the last time I went there was a rock in my food. Unfortunately I only found this out once I got home. I called and they said with no receipt they couldn't help me. All I was asking was for another bowl. They were SO rude on the phone and the manager refused to talk to me. In the end they said if I wanted another one to come back the next day. I was going to go back but I realized that I don't feel like eating at a place who doesn't care about their customers and where I cannot trust the food.

Big fan of the franchise and have visited this location over 50x. Over the last year the service and quality has been different. Good portions (protein) have gotten smaller, veggies are either super soggy or under cooked, and chicken a few times almost feels like it’s from the other night. I used to love this place. Hoping they can get it together.
This place was horrible. There was a bone in my chicken burrito that I bit down on, and it wasn’t little. It hurt, and I was lucky I didn't chip a tooth. I followed up with mucho burrito and they told me they would “look into it” honestly I just recommend people to go to Barr burrito across the street. It’s a shame that their quality has gone way downhill
