I used to be very satisfied with their services. But recently I had a disappointing experience. I wanted to buy a juice to make wine and I asked if they had Cabernet-Merlot-Shiraz mixture as advertised on their website.
After being proposed Grenache I insisted on the juice I wanted. She told me she had it in stock and brought me the juice. I fermented it and when I started the decanting process I realized there was no chance I had a full body wine as I asked. Most probably I got the Grenache relabeled. It’s still a good wine, no problem, but now I’m thinking about trying other sources.

Musca Wine has been my go-to stop since I started making wine in 2017. Carmen and Silvano are very knowledgeable and have never steered me wrong - they even got me into making my own white! Today was my first time visiting Musca Wine - it won't be my last. The customer service was wonderful. So friendly. She even opened some of the product I was going to purchase to show me how to clean it and use it. The prices were great, everything I wanted was in stock, and they we were so nice and helpful. I'll definitely be making all of my future purchases here.

My wife and I recently moved to Ottawa and wanted to bottle wine. Carmela, Noella, and the others at Musca wine were so helpful, welcoming, and took good care of us! Carmen who owns the place with her husband are awesome, very friendly. We bottled red and white wine here for our engagement party and they made custom labels for us as well. We got to taste the wine before hand which was a fun experience in itself. They did an amazing job and worked with me on creating the label I had envisioned. They’re also pretty quick and efficient. Guests really enjoyed the wine. Would definitely recommend and come back for a future event.

I did my first winemaking in store today. So much fun and so easy to do. The machines do most of the work!! I should have done this sooner as it’s so much cheaper to make it than to buy wine at LCBO or the wine stores. Saved $170 overall! Plus there is less preservatives in it. Seems like a no brainer! I can’t wait to crack open a bottle! Thanks Noella for helping me today! You’re a superstar ?

They sell the beer brewing essentials, and are conveniently located in Centertown. I filled my grain bill, with some hops - and the price was right, at least matching Defalco's pricing.

I've been a customer for a while now. This place has it all: amazing customer service, great, fun, and welcoming people and everything and anything you'd want as a wine or beer enthusiast. Definitely check them out if you live in the Ottawa-Gatineau area. A shoutout to their amazing Zinfandel rose and Negroamaro.
