I haven't been to Napoli's for a few years and previously thought the food was mediocre. I still think the food was mediocre. I had Chicken Parmesan and it was ok, but the spaghetti with the tomato sauce tasted bland like out of a can. It was very very crowded. Tables very close together. Service was good.

Absolutely the best Italian restaurant in Ottawa. The staff are knowledgeable and delightful. The food is out of this world good. We started going here in the last year and have consistently gone once a month because we love everything about this restaurant. Their Caesar salad with homemade dressing is the best we have ever had. The amaretto shrimp is incredible! We have been working through the menu and have loved every dish. Check this place out, you will not be disappointed.
