Maybe this place is not suitable for people who are not from the Northeast. When my friend went to eat a box lunch, he got extra lunch for free without tipping. When I went to get extra lunch, it cost a buck and I had to tip. The dishes are average. I searched hard for the dishes. After four dishes and a tip, I was 18 dollars and I was not full. Good job.

I went here for the first time recently and the gentleman working there was very friendly, helpful and patient. After explaining I had never eaten there before and that I was looking for something vegetarian he offered to make me a vegetarian sandwich. The sandwich was delicious and a great size. He was very kind and friendly as I was leaving as well. I’d definitely recommend this cozy little spot and I will be visiting again! Thanks so much for a great experience and tasty food!

Beyond Disappointed! From the looks of the last review, things have gone down hill. The fries and taste were good, no complaints on there. BUT, the sliced smoked meat, as I got the platter, was sliced so thinly it was almost transparent. That is NOT how smoked meat should be served. I can easily buy that at the store if I have a craving. When I order form a restaurant, especially when it is supposed to be famous for its smoked meat, I expect it to be good, thick sliced, and better than I can get at my local grocer. The picture from the review below (at the same restaurant) shows how smoked meat should be sliced. Then 7 months later, I get this. Why?

I like this space, the staff is very kindly, the smoked meat sandwich and french fries were always delicious and fress. There is always free parking lot and i never had to wait long time for food.

He is hard to forget.Nate's is still well known for its best Montreal Smoked Meat sandwich. It is known for the best Deli Sandwich. Let your taste buds be the judge.Located on Antares almost at the corner of Hunt Club west, in the same building as the radio station, on the opposite side.The big antenna is your sign you are almost there. Drive around the building you won't miss it.The staff are friendly.They have an amazing deal for home, buy a pound of fresh meat, loaf of Rye bread, amazing jar of pickles, and coleslaw and you are ready to throw a deli family feast at home. Sorry Apron is not included.Stop at Nate's Deli Express and your taste buds will thank you!
