Amazing! I had a loaf of 4 seed that I got at the Woodward, which held a market on Saturday. I had not heard of Nat's prior to this. I can't believe how I lucked in! I'm always looking for good homemade bread. Can't wait to try their other breads 😋.
We love all their breads! They delicious dipped in olive oil & balsamic reduction. Can’t go wrong with a loaf from Nat. We always pick up a fresh loaf at the Greely Good Market.
Nat's Bread Company is one of the best gems in Ottawa. I work at a retailer that carries her bread, I use her bread exclusively whenever I'm trying out a new recipe that uses sourdough or potato bread, and I have had the pleasure of getting to learn about her company and how they operate through the Ottawa Culinary Federation, and I can't think of a single bad thing to say.
