First and last time ordering from this place, delivery was prompt but the food wasn’t all that great..chicken fried rice had a lot of chicken but it was greasy, chicken balls had very small pcs of chicken, spareribs very dry, portion size was much smaller than other places we have ordered from…not worth the money spent

Our usual American Chinese take-out food spot. Reliable quality, always on time, and easy parking lot for quick pick-up. Great local shop!Parking: Easy lot for pick-up. Limited spots, but very few in that plaza are staying for extended periods.

I ordered through Uber eats and new town screwed up my order and they were ignorant and refused to make it right and hung up on me 2 times..: The third time calling I let them know that they can’t hang up on me if I come face to face with them… They finally agreed to fix their mistake… The food was blah and I won’t ever waste my money on them again

We tried this place because our go-to place was closed. This place offers almost the same exact menu items we like: chicken balls, garlic spare ribs, chicken fried rice, almond guy ding. The almond guy ding had a very odd smell to it and the ribs and rice portions were much smaller than our other place. If you're craving American style Chinese food it's ok but I probably won't order from here again unless our go-to place is not available and we want Chinese food from close by.

Egg rolls are great, crispy beef not great, they cook it till its crispy styrofoam, $17.99 yikes! Will try something else next time.

Just moved to this area almost a year ago. Parents recommended this place, and so glad they did!!! Prices are similar to most places but the food and service can't be beat!!! We will be using them from now on and will tell the whole family to as well!!! Fed all 3 of us and will have 1 to 2 more meals for the 3 of us from the left overs!!

Decided on getting dinner delivered today from New Town Chinese. I was really impressed with two items that came piping hot and well packaged. I opted for combo #3 and the chicken fried rice, chicken chop suey and general tao chicken were each well flavoured and freshly prepared. The Cantonese chow mein was also great - 100% highly recommended with its variety of veggies and meats resting on a thick layer of crunchy thin egg noodles. See pics attached. Both dishes really hit the spot as far as taste, quantity and overall value. A dash of Caribbean hot sauce or Frank's really took it up a notch. Will be trying their other dishes!!
