We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and experience at NEXT. Lovely dining room Wilyveteran nice ambiance I had the crispy duck confit with risotto. Prepared well and delicious My starter was the bao buns with crispy pork..delicious. I only could manage one and the other came hoe to enjoy My husbands meal was just as good. He thoroughly enjoyed the Lamb shank and he raved about. Portions were not all that big but rich and filling Overall a very pleasant dining experience and I would highly recommend

Always an amazing experience at NeXT! Cane here for my wife's birthday and got the blind tasting menu with wine flights. The food was fantastic, especially the tuna pizza dish on crisp sushi rice!

Mix in the top notch service and quality of the food. This is really an experience you must try! To add Chef Blackie goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is on point. Oh my oh my we had the best time at Next. Food is next level, we started with the froes, bao buns and oysters....ridiculous yummy. They have this incredible smoked ketchup that we had to bring a bottle home. We also tried the schnitzel and the duck confit as mains, just wow. Definitely going back!!

This was our forth dining experience at NeXT and sadly our last, Mediocre & expensive food with odd wine pairings! Ordered the chef's choice of 7 share plates for $95/person with a $45 paired wine flight - 3 four oz glasses. Heirloom tomato salad was an odd start for a January appetizer as the tomato was pale and mulchy. The other dishes were good but oddly paired - delicate ahi dish along with bold DanDan noodles ... a shrimp rice dish with a steak and polenta dish... The vermilion wine paired well with the first few share plates. The valpolicello made no sense with the middle dishes and the San Giovese was no match for the seared beef and polenta. All in all, overpriced for an incoherent mix of dishes with poor wine pairings.

The food was good, but not exceptional. We had $300 worth of Costco gift cards, so we saved $80 on a $380 bill for three people. It's quite expensive so I was expecting more. It's unlikely that we will go there again.
