Just finished at the capitol fair with my family. I get everyone's tired at the end of the day but the passive aggressive behavior I received from the cashier and cook were not professional, after I called them out for overcharging me and seeing them drop a fry and throw back in the platter which then the cook insisted to refund me so obliged. Terrible service, I expected better especially in front of children

Tried the poutine on the first night of the Jazz Festival. It was absolutely terrible. Probably the worst poutine I’ve ever had. It was extremely tasteless and I thought my fries were over cooked.
I gave it a second chance on the second evening of the Jazz Festival, and again. It was extremely tasteless, and the fries I thought were over cooked, was actually being cooked in very very OLD fryer oil.
The fries came out brown drenched in old fryer oil, the gravy was absolutely tasteless, and the cheese curds didn’t even melt… I guess the gravy being room temperature did not help.
Overall, would not recommend unless you are extremely hungry. And even then, consume at your own risk.

Had an order of a hot dog, fries and fish and chips. Everything was great. Some of the best fish and chips I have had! Not too greasy, flavourful and fish was good quality.

Meh, one and done, not a great poutine, fries not crispy enough, gravy didn’t have a great flavour, and was given basically no cheese curds, and for 14 dollars..it’s not worth it, wouldn’t recommend

They were at mud hero in ottawa and the food was amazing. I had chicken fingers and fries. Great Service from all staff. Will definitely be looking for their food truck again next year. Thanks Nicky

Very expensive for an average burger and paid an extra 2 dollars for a small slice of bacon.

Hired them for a private event at our workplace. Communication leading up to the event was fantastic. They showed up on time as promised, and the service and food was fantastic! Everyone loved it. We'll hire them again for an event.

Was able to give this food truck a try when they participated in the Orleans poutinefest. The staff were friendly and they advertised their korean friend chicken outine which is what I ordered. It was definitely a large portion and can easily be split between 2 or 3 people. The chicken was good, but the sauce was lacking some depth. Maybe some heat would have made it stand out more. It's still worth a try!

I had the Korea Town (I hope that’s the right name for it) at the Orleans Poutinefest and the chicken was unbelievably dry which was really disappointing. I was hoping it would be saucy and tender. For $16 it was not worth it. Gravy and fries was good though.
Had their meat lover's poutine at the poutine & mac & cheese fest. A very generous portion of meat on top an equally generous portion of fries. The meat I found was mostly the ground beef and italian sausage. I find the fries were under salted, there weren't as many cheese curds as I'd have hoped (but the ones that were there were squeaky), and the gravy, while tasty, there wasn't really enough of it to really cover the fries.
Overall I'd say a fairly middle-of-the-pack quality poutine.
