I can't stop thinking about the tartare I had there! All the food was wonderful, the service was very attentive, the decor clean and modern, and the atmosphere was quiet, comfortable and elegant. I would go back in a second!

Amazing experience. Tomas was very professional and courteous. Food tasted amazing and plates are meant to be shared from what it seems. Definitely recommend!

The waiters to the sous chef have gone above and beyond to create a personal experience. Beyond that the food had been some of the best I’ve had. This is my third night ordering from Norca. Highly recommended.

I had only one night in Ottawa and I am happy I chose a night out here. The service and food was impeccable and the atmosphere was lovely as well. Highly recommend.

Compared positively to much more expensive dining experiences. I think I may have had food almost this amazing in Chicago a decade ago. Everything we ordered was really both artistic and delicious. Most restaurants operate on the premise of getting people to cover up really disappointing food with a loud atmosphere and alcohol but this was the opposite of that experience! They even had ergonomically appropriate and well-cushioned seating! I am 5 ft 6 in tall so a pretty normal height and I don't think very many women actually want to try to have a nice meal while trying not to fall off impossibly high bar stools... Awesome, well-designed dining experience!

This was our first time at the restaurant and every aspect was outstanding. The chef’s creativity is to be admired. The Tomato gazpacho soup was nothing like I have before and was truly wonderful. We have travelled a lot and this was one of the best meals we have had. All the staff were very friendly and helpful

We went there to celebrate birthday and had variety of dishes. All of them can be shared and they tasted fantastic ! Also dish presentation was really spectacular. We had variety of them from duck to octopus to oysters and all dishes were really well prepared. Service was also very quick and attentive. Thank you !

They ruined the duck with barbecue sauce, you couldn't even taste the pistachios, worst 33 dollar meal ever.

Fabulous dining experience. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the menu different from others in a good way! Although it was quiet when we visited there was a good vibe. Decent wine menu and selection of cocktails. Portion sizes were just right and the food was very tasty.

First time at Norca, was always intrigued from the view from the street below.
Nathan was my bartender and he was fantastic!!! I had 2 cocktails, oysters and a glass of wine. The ambiance is so beautiful in Norca, next time i come back i will definitely order more off the menu.
There was a slight issue with my oysters but Nathan fixed it asap. Love it , highly recommended!!

The staff were super nice and gentle. Our server took time to explain the menus and very attentive to our dietary restriction.

We went for the Mother’s Day brunch. At the reception, we were shown a menu that convinced us to book a table, but the day after, when we went for the brunch, it was a different one. The menu was the same as the usual one, they only added a yogurt and granola as a starter, and charged 15$ more for it. The eggs and bacon were overcooked and the Benedict eggs had to be sent back as they were cold. We won’t go eat there again.
