If you like you latte with a side of attitude then this is your place. The staff are anxious, lack confidence. With all the branding and fancy words behind them even then the hyper active staff can not provide what was ordered.When the cashier asked the barrista why the ordered coffee, that was ordered to stay was not in a ceramic cup, the barrista guy was nothing but rude. I am certain that the barrista thought the snarl he gave the cashier would not be heard by the dutifully paying and tipping customer. The rude and very uppity comment was heard.The nasty comment only made me sorry that I was there, wasting time and money. The experience soured me from going further into the store.Despite the attitude and rudness of the staff my frank and honest review is that the artisan coffee experience is market hype. The coffee was below average, the food was even farther below. This is a review about bad coffee that I would have not bothered to post. I would have done exactly what I would typically do after having a bad coffee experience. I would have taken a few sips of the coffee and left, going on with my day. I did not however leave and go on with my day, because, the rudeness and the attitude simply made me irritated, hurt and definitely disappointed as I was in the mood to shop.I would and will not bother go out of my way to return when there are so many choices nearby.Next staff meeting the manager should let their staff know how important the customer experience is.Best bet is to avoid the Nordstrom brand all together. :-(

2.5 stars if that was an option. Recommend asking about sweetness level of their drinks before ordering if you're not used to sugary. My spiced chai latte was so sweet that I kept trying to make myself keep drinking it bc it was $6, but couldn't even finish it & then had the syrupy sweet taste in my mouth for an hour afterward s! I would expect that from a Tim Horton latte but Nordstrom can do better.If the default recipe uses that much sugar syrup, they should give customer sweetness options like many bubble tea places doThis is *not* a complaint about customer service. The staff were pleasant and also quite busy. I took my drink to-go but noticed they were doing a proper job of checking vaccine proof with ID for dine-in customers.

I love the service. The baristas are very friendly. The management really cares about the customer experience. They greet you by name, they remember your order. They make you feel like a friend. Excellent service ….very happy

Tim made me a really yummy ice Americano and was really friendly,.and it was less than $4 for what I would consider a large. I am satisfied.

A review for coffee lovers, Firstly, I want to start with their customer service, as it is pretty good for a coffee shop. They can accommodate and tweak your drink the way you want. Just don't be shy. Secondly, their drinks are just tasty and I can't say much more because great taste is what you need. However, I have been to this place a lot of times, as it just seems that they do not change their menu which is disappointing. That's it.
