Back in 2010 they hosted my buddies band Life in 2D. Here are some photos from that night.
As a student at the University of Ottawa I would visit the pub often because not only it's the most convenient but, professors also find it the best place to have the informal gatherings after hardcore academic sessions.I hosted a techno night called Make Me Bad Mondays here for about one academic year. It was no success, I must say because people are not really into techno in Ottawa. But anyways I had my practice and here and there there would be really great moments when people appreciated the music.I was also part of the Ontario People's Interest Research Group where we organized Alt 101 week, International Worker's Day and a few other programs mainly focusing on introducing new local artists and bringing community together to chat about activism and so on.The setting is really accommodating for student events. I never got to turn it into a club for my weekly, which was a pity. But anyways, good ol Nostalgica.
I really hope they open back up, it's been 2+ years. The mac and cheese there is to die for.

Memorable, extremely good, to come back.
Everything was tasty and fresh, especially the fries. The portion size is on the smaller side.I really like the atmosphere as it feels lively.
I love coming to this place! The food is all reasonably priced, portions are great. Tastes great, food comes out hot and quick. Lots of vegan options which I love. My favs are vegan mac n cheese and vegan club. The only negative is that the service is okay. They are quick to great you and take your order but then you're ignored. No quality checks in how the food is, when its time to pay they take forever. Some servers are short with customers or even rude. Not very 'welcoming.' I only come back for the food, not the service.
Rude and disrespectful. Our server made snide remarks that since I am not currently a grad student at uOttawa that I don't support the restaurant. I was a regular for 5 years during my undergrad, and for 3 years while I did my Master's I paid tuition towards their reconstruction. I've since graduated and I went there today, and they dared to tell me I wasn't supporting them. I will NEVER return. The food wasn't even that good, it was overpriced and service was poor.
Amazing student bar run by the Graduate students association of UOttawa. Food is great, many beers on tap and even some shows! I will be going here often.
Quite a small place. The food is getting better than it was a year ago. Still can be improved. Good options for vegans.

I used to like this place, but on my last few visits I have found the staff to be very pretentious and quite frankly rude. They act like they are doing you a huge favour by serving you.
Cheap food and quick'ish service.
The best sandwich I've eaten since I've been in Montreal
We had beef sandwich and crispy chicken sandwich
1000 times better than fast food
Quality of ingredients is there
Very welcoming
Pool table
A wide choice
The front and interior = old-fashioned bistro
Like regular or local bistros
Really good experience
I will go back to eat there as soon as I come back to this area
Really friendly and delicious international food
Too expensive
