First time trying O-Frango’s. It was interesting. The order was easy to do on the iPad order system. Food was expensive for fries with chicken cutlets cut on top with a BUNCH of sauce drizzled everywhere. I think I would have preferred the sauce to be on the side where you can dip the fries and chicken in with the amount you want. The sauces on top made the fries and chicken soggy and wet. I agree with an earlier review. I ordered online and picked up. The customer service was really good and the wrap was indeed tasty but coming in at just shy of 20 bucks for one wrap after tax I’m not in a hurry to return. There are a couple of other places that feature wraps with fries in them, which is what I went in for. I can’t comment on the burgers.

I used to love this place. The quality and taste of the food has never disappointed (still doesn’t), but the prices have increased by literally 50% on most of the food items in matter of a few years. This has discouraged me from coming here as often as I have been going.

24.50$ without tax for a medium box seems quite expensive to me (was 15.90$, then 18.75$). This is likely their most popular product too.
