Oat Couture Oatmeal Cafe (Gladstone)

Was there with group of 7. Owner was doing some work on the comfort seating. And they offered us the table ❤️Customized our drinks per request. The food was soo good. The cauliflower sandwich was yum. Seneca, muesli etc., coffee was too good. Must visit and try this stuff… so glad we went there. I was with my relatives who visited from CGY and they really loved the cafe and hospitality 🩷 thank you folks 🤩

Unfortunately I have to say that:
Since 2023 this place's getting worse,
Despite lovely atmosphere and cosy chairs, quality of some products went below 'acceptable':
I took flat white (5/5), latte (5/5), belmont (less cheese, but solid 4/5) and DELI. And meat in last position had that 'lard' smell which made it inedible for me at all.

Really nice atmosphere in this cafe, and they serve very well crafted drinks as well. The food prices are a bit off compared to the portion you receive in my opinion, but overall, pretty tasty. Also a bit disappointed to find out they close the cafe at 3, but I believe it is to set up for night events!

The Cortado was delicious and I was blown away by the breakfast sandwiches. At first I saw it. It might’ve been a small portion, but the flavour was 10 out of 10. I was not disappointed.

Quiet, quaint, great coffee, but they recently changed their menu and removed the options I enjoyed :/

I gave some of the new options a try and don't enjoy them as much. They also are unable to make the Mocha as a custom bowl. The new pumpkin bowl doesn't taste as good as the last one either.

Food portions for takeout (sandwiches and oats) are way too tiny for the price and kinda bland. Not as accessible as the bank location and service was slower even with no customers.

One of the best coffees in town. Love their vegan chocolate brownie. Perfect spot to relax, post bike ride with coffee n brownie.

This place is amazing! The service is great and it has a super cozy vibe. The food is fantastic, I recommend the Sunnyside breakfast sandwich and the Savannah oatmeal (it goes stupid). Check this spot out if you’re in the area!

Guys… what’s going on? I waited 10 minutes (along with other customers that were ignored) while the team puttered around in the back only to be told that you are out of ingredients to make your smoothies.

That’s the second time I’ve waited at length to order only to be told “no”.

You need to schedule your staff to come in earlier to prep, or change your opening time to 8am. Everyone is stressed and scrambling.

Great selection of oatmeal but very unfortunate that many items on the menu were not available. The oatmeal’s were ok and nothing memorable in taste. They were out of eggs and toast on a weekend.
