Obstacle Course Cafe

We had my sons 10th birthday party here today. James was their instructor and I cannot say enough good things. The obstacles were fun and challenging. The instructor was so engaged and enthusiastic, he was constantly playing with the kids and making up all sorts of games. They absolutely loved it! 10/10 experience. Can’t wait to go back!

Had a membership for over 1 year. I cancelled my membership and wanted to return he tell me I had some amount owing. That’s absolutely false.

I wrote them a week ago to address my experience but I never received a response.My visit was for a simple cup of coffee, but unfortunately, it was marred by a series of unprofessional incidents. Upon entering the cafe, my friend and I waited patiently for approximately five minutes while a staff member appeared engrossed in texting behind the counter, without acknowledging our presence.When we finally interrupted the staff member to request coffee, they left abruptly to fetch someone else. This delay was already an inconvenience, but what followed was even more disheartening. Two other staff members engaged in a debate, each unwilling to prepare our coffee.Given this unpleasant situation, we ultimately decided to leave your establishment. Such behavior was not only discourteous but also extremely unprofessional, and it left a lasting negative impression on our visit.I believe that a cafe should not only serve quality beverages but also provide a welcoming and respectful environment. Unfortunately, this was not our experience on this occasion.I hope you take this feedback constructively and use it to improve the customer service at Obstacle Course Cafe. I look forward to hearing that such incidents are addressed to ensure a more pleasant experience for future customers.

I’ve had my son going to the summer camp and he absolutely loves the activities as well as the staff! They’ve been very flexible with my work schedule which I appreciated greatly! He’s met some wonderful kids there and said it’s been a highlight of his summer! ❤️ I highly recommend!

My daughter just had her 8th birthday party at OCR and she can’t stop talking about it. The facility is spacious and clean. The obstacles are challenging and fun. Also, the staff at OCR Academy are amazing. They were friendly, courteous and super helpful. I would highly recommend OCR.

This gym has been an amazing addition to my family’s well being. Joshua’s energetic, positive attitude instills confidence and perseverance all while having so much fun!
