Hosted my baby shower of 30 people at Occo's downtown location and the experience was above and beyond my expectations. We were given a ton of space and flexibility to do what we wanted with it, the service was extremely attentive and proactive and the food portions were delicious, plentiful and prompt! I can't recommend this restaurant enough. I am so pleased with the event.

OCCO’s was a known restaurant to me from watching Guy Fierri visit years ago on TV. As a foodie and Ottawa local I knew at some point I’d eventually have to check it out; trust me when I say, it lived up to the hype and then some.
Since my first visit, it has become my best friends and I’s “spot”. I love that Andrea remembered my friend and always had a raspberry mojito punched in. Lucas is also great, he was the first ever server for our debrief dinners and since then, every other team member has been just as kind, authentic and bubbly.
Every drink has been superb, alcoholic or not; every meal has been delicious and there is no place in the city with better sweet potato fries!
Hats off to OCCO on Bay Street, can’t wait for my next visit!

OCCO’s will forever be one of my go to restaurants for a night out with my girls or with my partner. The food is always so good, fresh and never disappoints.
Impeccable service, everyone is so kind and fun - especially love when my table is in Andrea’s section she’s a queen :)
Drinks are also delicious , always so yum and love trying new ones every time!
Highly recommend whether it be a casual night with friends, a date night or even a work event!
(P.S: bring back the raspberry Mojitos some day, love the cranberry one but Raspberry is iconic)

Generous portions, quick service and best Cobb salad 🥗
had the citrus beet salad, and it was absolutely incredible — so much so that I had to take a picture before even digging in! The presentation was beautiful, with vibrant layers and the perfect touch of candied pecans adding sweetness and crunch. Paired it with a lemon drop martini, which was light, refreshing, and perfectly balanced.
My son ordered the BBQ chicken burger with fries and gravy, and he loved it — hearty, flavorful, and satisfying.
Overall, this place is a real gem in Ottawa. The food was delicious, the service was friendly and attentive, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for great food, great drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back!

Had made reservations which I had to pay for. Chose the table and when arrived there were people sitting there and we had to sit somewhere else.. why would I pay for reservations if you don’t get what you pay for!?
Sat us at the table I did not want. Service was slow. She came to table only 3 times in almost 2 hours. We had to go find her 3 times.
All coffees at the table had large amounts of coffee grinds in them, the table was not properly setup, had to go find her for cutlery.
We chose this place specifically for the vegan options and they had run out of a lot of the meat substitutes limiting the experience for our date.
The food arrived and was good. But the overall lack of attention left the experience very poor and disappointing.
I may try a different location but I won’t be going back to the one on bay st.
