Very disappointing experience at Osmos Downtown. Ordered one chicken and one falafel with medium spice, but the food was overwhelmingly spicy with no real flavor at all. It tasted like poor-quality ingredients, and there was no garlic sauce or any balance of taste—just heat. After a few bites, I had stomach issues and had to throw the entire meal in the garbage. A complete waste of money and very poor food quality.

Osmos is good their food is good but this branch they are destroying the name whatever they are making is not good if you go in person maybe you will get good food but if you are ordering from uber they are making it shit now enough sauce chicken is overcooked and dry they are not focusing on uber orders like we are not paying
