Special shoutout to Koder and Mojo for speedy and friendly customer service. The ambience is always vibrant with upbeat music and interiors are spick and span with ample seating options and clean washrooms. The latest edition - Crispy Saj at just $13.99 for a combo is great value for money and the shawarma itself is super crispy on the outside, brimming with juiciness on the inside. This place is worth visiting on repeat - even if you stay miles away like me!

Although the Shawarma is quite tasty, they will talk shit about you in Arabic so if you speak Arabic, but you don’t look like you do pay attention and listen to what they say. They were literally talking shit about everybody who walked in there and about their orders. Again though great Shawarma!

We’ve tried many shawarma spots around Ottawa, and Ottawa Shawarma is hands down the best! The two brothers serving us were fantastic—always smiling and greeting customers warmly. The food was fresh, packed with flavor, and the portions were huge.
My wife and I shared a mixed plate and couldn’t even finish it—we ended up packing the rest to go. It was great to see other diners doing the same, which speaks to the generous servings. Dining in was a wonderful experience, and there’s plenty of parking available. The washroom was clean, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming.

Is this the best shawarma in Ottawa? Palace has held the crown for so long, I couldn't believe my friend when they told me. I gave it a shot on a late Sunday night and taking my first bite, I was immediately transported back to early shawarma palace days. It was the perfect sandwich, the ratios were perfected, the toasting was on point, they had reminded me of what a good shawarma was. The only thing I would recommend they improve on is their garlic potatoes
