Huge disappointment. Was looking to have Shawarma through the UBER app and chose this location. Delivery was reasonable. However the food wasn't. Fist of all the bag of bread and garlic sauces were missing in my order. The so called platter was a 9x9 inch 3 compartment container with everything stacked so tight that only the chicken was visible. Everything else was buried underneath and you have to fight to get to the rest of the ingredients make it a huge mess. The salad was so soggy that the juices were absorbed in the potatoes, rice and the humus. The chicken was not seasoned. Included in my order was 2 additional orders of potatoes. Those were okay compared to the soggy ones in the container. As for their "famous" falafel; I ordered 6 based on the reviews. What a huge disappointment that was. It felt like I was chewing in a ball of saw dust. Tasteless and so disgusting they all ended up in the trash. Shawarma Palace? You missed your mark. Not sure how you can improve fist on the accuracy of filling orders and improving on the quality of your food. I could have easily spent my $100 eleswhere.
