Ordered delivery from here and these stupid people went to the wrong door and then got mad at me the customer for telling them they are not at the right address and they cancelled my order and sent the driver back without delivering the food. Worst service I've ever had at a pizza place. Don't recommend ordering from here. I will never order from there again. This was my first time and now the last time. Also they quoted me 45 mins and an hour later they are at someone else's door! Wow horrible place

First time ordering from Palermo’s today. My pizza arrived in less time than the 45 minutes I was quoted. Pizza was still very hot, when we sat down to eat it, like it was just out of my own oven. I asked for less cheese on my pizza as we don’t like a lot on there. Pizza was very flavourful and the cheese to sauce ratio was perfect. My wife isn’t a big fan of pizza but she said she’d eat it again.

Customer service at this place is horrible. First time I ordered it took 1hr and 30 minutes to arrive. Second time I ordered the forgot 1 of the 2 items that I ordered. I called back and asked for a discount considering the mistake. A discount was offered saying it would be “ on my file “. I tried ordering again today and of course no discount was added as they were too busy when I called asking for the discount. The food is great but the customer service is brutal. From now on I will be ordering from Beneccis…. I tried to give you business guys but 3 strikes and you are out!!

I can’t say much for atmosphere as we ordered delivery. I spent over $55 on beef and chicken platters, just to get the most tasteless wraps and soggy gross fries. Gravy with fries had bad after taste and Lasagna was packed with cheese on top and watery and gross at the bottom. Complete waste of money!

Broken “Gimp” People
For a place that I was skeptical about s***, do they have good Pizza? The cheese is ooey gooey great size. Kinda reminds me of an old school k and s Pizza before they hit the keys and turn to trash. Well, looks like I found my new Pizza joint. Thank you so much.It's good to have quality in the neighborhood

We were in town for a track meet and when I spoke to the hotel front staff they recommended this pizza. I was told it was their absolute favorite.
Needless to say it was no disappointment. The pizza was so amazing, lots of cheese, real bacon chunks and the sauce was to die for. The staff here were very friendly and personable. I would have this as my go to pizza if we had one at home. Thank you Palermo's pizza
