We been ordering from here for about 2 years we ordering twice a month the pizza is phenomenal wings are good too! How ever in March 2024 we placed a order. We got a order and it was wrong I called back and I was CALLED liar and this was my fault. The replaced the order in a timely fashion but the PIZZA wasn't cut in slices lol. That doesn't effect me much what affects me the most is calling me a liar unfortunately I will not be ordering again and the 4 friends and 3 family members I recommend will not be ethier.Andrew

I drove from Westboro to pay and ended up picking up the pizza, and delivering it myself. I have a friend that loves your pizza, and was having a bad day. She lives close enough that they deliver to her, but it was on my way home, so I ended up being the delivery girl. Not what I had planned really. The website was down and I couldn't pay online.I should have at least got a discount when I asked for one. Nope. Nothing. And never again. I'll bring her a frozen pizza before I try that again

Palermo's used to be my go to for pizza. I had stopped ordering for awhile (no fault of the restaurant I got bored of pizza) I had forgotten how amazing the pizza was so I kept ordering from other places and I had always been a little disappointed. We decided to order Palermo's again tonight for the first time in years and I'm sorry I ever stopped it is the best pizza in the area(if not the best pizza in Ottawa). The pizza is cooked well (I hate when a pizza is "doughy". The cheese has a beautiful color to it from the oven and a perfect amount of toppings. We got black olives on one of the pizzas and they were so good. I had been craving a pizza with black olives for months and every time I ordered from other pizza places the olives were disgusting, soggy or dehydrated little black specs on the pizza. They add the olives at the end of cooking (I'm assuming they didn't look over cooked) and they were very good quality. We order pizza about once a month and will be using Palermo's as our go to pizza place. Will be recommending to all our friends and family.

They were extremely fast to get us our order and the pizza was hot! Very cheesy, and the wings were well done just the way i like it. They forgot the sauce for the wings. We got a call from them and 5 mins later the chef went out of his way to deliver them. We will definitely get Palermos again. Thank

Came here, because it was the only thing open, with a party of 6. We were served our food quite quickly. When we decided to eat there, the staff gave us plates and napkins. When my friend went to pay for a drink, they let him have it for free. Hospitality is warm and welcoming. Margherita pizza was life changing.

I googled pizza near me as we are out of town visiting for business. This place should be at the top of the list. The food was amazing , we ordered pizza and a few other items and this place did not disappoint. We will be ordering again before we leave the area because I’m sure they won’t deliver to Collingwood lol .
