Date (06.24.2024) I was in the area today and figured i was gonna walk in to place a pick up order. Around 6:40pm today I walk in greet the lady politely and already she give’s me an uninviting look . I was ok… but didn’t think about it further. I nicely asked if i could place an order for pick up. She gives me a look as if was some virus and slams her hand counter as if she’s doing me a favour by taking my order and i should be happy that i’m even breathing in the same space as her. That disgusting look on her face literally took my appetite away and i said you know what i don’t want anything from her and walked out Totally bad experience Honestly I was kind of shocked that people like that would even work there I just feel sorry for the owner that people working the counter are giving a bad reputation for this place….

We received the wrong items in our order. The customer service process is convoluted and confusing. The overall quality of the food was disappointing and lower than previously experienced.

We love Panago and the delicious vegan options that are offered. The food did not disappoint. That being said, never in our lives have we entered a restaurant just for there to be no employee in sight. After waiting around and calling out hello for at least 10 minutes, the employee casually walks out from the back as if there was no issue. At least put a sign up, lock the door, etc., if you need to excuse yourself, but it’s unprofessional and actually kind of risky to leave any restaurant completely unattended.

Ordered a pizza and waited 2 hours for it to be delivered and it was cold. They gave me a credit when I complained. So I gave them another chance and used the credit and this time it took 2 hours and 55 minutes for a pizza to arrive. I don't know how this location stays in business.Update: Panago tells me to contact customer service, which I had already done, more than once. Finally got a second credit for the second bungled order. Tried to use that credit during posted open hours, but there's no delivery option available until the next day! (I could schedule a delivery a day ahead, which is pretty well how long it takes for a Panago pizza to arrive, so maybe not a bad idea.)Panago insists I can't order from another location, but tells me they don't know why this location is not doing delivery, and that they don't know when the location will do deliveries. So I can't use my credit. Ridiculous.

if you need any specific changes to your pizza or care about careful service don’t order from this place. we ordered two pizzas without cheese only for them to put cheese on not one but both of the pizzas. i stood there watching everyone else eat during my own birthday dinner while i waited for them to fix their mistake. i understand businesses make mistakes, but you think they could read the request. i would expect this from like a street vendor but for a business that prides themselves on having lots of plant-based options (it literally says on the side or the box) you think they would be a little more careful. it makes you wonder how much effort they actually put into their pizzas. i’m not from ottawa but i can tell you even if i was i wouldn’t order from them again even if i was and definitely will not be during future visits. i forgive a lot of things, this is my first one star review ever - but yeah i’m frustrated with their lack of effort.UPDATE: i have my new pizza now. it is just gross like gross the toppings are good but there’s barley any. the pizza is like raw yeah this place is not good. the fact they change more than an average pizza place for this is insane.

It used to be good, but now the pizzas are completely raw and flavourless. In my recent order, the only part that was fully cooked was the edge of the crust.
