They have no respect for their customers. Service and food is terrible. Don't waste your money , there are so many other good restaurants around.
Loved good neighbour just next to it.

The service wasn’t just fast- it was genuinely friendly, the kind that makes you feel like you’ve stepped into your Mexican best friends mom's kitchen rather than a restaurant.
I knew I’d found the right spot the moment the chips and salsa landed on the table. The salsa was fresh and bright, with that irresistible little zing that keeps you reaching for “just one more chip.” The herbs were perfectly balanced, and the spice was bold without being bossy.
This time, I stuck to a beer while catching up with a friend—but the aromas drifting from the kitchen? Pure temptation.
I’m already plotting my return visit, Tajín at the ready, to dive headfirst into the rest of the menu.

Pancho Villa has been my favorite authentic Mexican go to for almost 30 years!!! Still just as in love as I was after my first bite ❤❤

Disappointed by the food—bland and underwhelming despite high hopes. Great cocktails and excellent service, but not enough to warrant a return visit.

We went here on the Father's Day Sunday for a big dinner. This was my second time here, but the first time , I got a main dish.
I tried the combination plate with beef and chicken - both were okay. However, I did feel sick the next day, and this was my only meal of the day. I am, therefore, not too sure if I'd return.
Their drinks are good - i would get the premium cocktails on the front page of the menu rather than the drinks on the back.

We had a late lunch here on the patio, which was nice enough, lots of shade. I ordered the chicken tacos and I found them to be quite bland.

We've been a long time customers at Pancho's and always enjoyed the food there however it's deteriorated significantly and the quality was always good for many years now the problem is the quality of the food, my husband and I have been visiting that restaurant here in Ottawa where we live for 30 years. The problem with the meal was the quality of the food, the rice has changed its not real rice anymore it's parboiled rice like a minute rice, the be Verde and the chicken tacos was just big chunks of meat in there it wasn't shredded up it didn't even taste like Mexican food, there was no Mexican spices in the flavoring now there's no more refried beans I guess because people weren't eating them but you should ask customers if they want them and then offer them to the customers who want to eat the beans preferably fresh beans. So as a marketing researcher my advice to the people who own the restaurant because it's a family-owned business is to just increase the price and bring the quality of the food back up because we're not going back now you have a good location and you will be getting new customers but unfortunately we will not be planning another trip and we are very very sad thanks for the times and thanks for the lovely dinners
