Ordered from Uber Eats. Was given expired milk. Also asked for no sides and was given 3 pieces of bread and a bunch of butter packets which opened and made a disgusting mess in the bag. No price adjustment from Uber either.

Don’t order off the apps. My husband and I love a good sandwich and soup but this is now the 4th time that they’ve missed an entire soup or sandwich. We get our money back from the app but when you’re expecting something it’s not about the money back. The food we do get is good but we won’t order from there again due to their laziness.

How does a restaurant forget more than half of an order?
Tried to order 2 sandwiches, a soup, a salad, and 2 bagels. Our order arrived (UberEats) missing the sandwiches and the bagels…I could understand missing one small item, but the bulk of the order? Thankfully, Uber immediately refunded us, but that is deplorable.

Kimberly is the absolute best server in Canada and is a pleasure to order from . . . I do agree with another reviewer though, who said that the soup/bread ratios are off in their bread bowl soups - more soup, less bread please.
Went for soup and half sandwich. Soup was not hot, had to microwave it ourself to heat it up. Not good service, not good food. Will not go back

This is the saddest, most depressing place I had a coffee and a sandwich at. The coffee was cold, the sandwich was bland, the atmosphere is depressing, the staff were shouting on each other, and their supervisor was scolding them. I will never ever come to this shameful place anymore.
