I generally love this restaurant and the food is fantastic. The service today at the front counter was terrible. The counter server was curt, abrupt and dismissive. After ordering food, she gave us our total without giving us a chance to order beverages. Such a disappointment for today as this is always such a pleasant place to grab a yummy lunch.

They like to put maple leaves on their menu but it’s an American company. Don’t be fooled.
What can I say, a coffe to the perfection (not acidic- not bitter) the bread heavenly made. Love the place and the menu.
Kimberly, was the cherry on top. With bright smile on her face and welcoming tone and body language. A regular customer came in and she treated them like a loved family members. It’s homey, cozy and friendly. Add to the this the deliciousness

Dependably excellent food every time. At little on the expensive side, but everything is pricy these days. The new addition, warm Baja Chicken Bowl, was delicious.

I want to give the team that were working today (November 24th) a massive shout out. I inadvertently placed my catering order to the wrong location. The team stepped up and made my order right there on the spot. The food was amazing and due to their amazing customer service I will be placing ALL my catering orders with Panera when visiting Ottawa for business. Thank you Panera for making me look good with very little notice. Much appreciated!

I've been to Panera a few times; it's a charming place with tasty food, and the brownie is wow, delicious. It's definitely worth it.

Really bad. No fresh baked bread or anything. Go to Firehouse Subs instead of you want good quality. And a better price too.

The worst food on earth!
Cold chicken, extremely low-quality and stale lettuce and other ingredients.
The portion was tiny, and the chicken was ice cold.
Totally not worth the price, I wouldn’t even take free food from this restaurant again.

The positives: Great service, tasty food. The negative: The floors were filthy. Food under tables that had clearly been left there for a while. I’m not sure why carpets would be used in a food establishment.
