I recently had the pleasure of trying Papa Joe’s Pizza on Bronson Ave, and I have to say, it’s hands down the best pizza I’ve ever had in Ottawa! From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The variety of toppings and the freshness of the ingredients truly stand out. Each slice was bursting with flavor, and I couldn't get enough!

I highly recommend everyone give Papa Joe's a try. It's a standout spot for pizza lovers, and I can't wait to go back for more. You won’t be disappointed!

Ordered from Papa Joes on Uber eats. I did not receive my drinks with my
order. Uber eats immediately declined my refund request. I called the restaurant to confirm whether they were sent, and he said that the driver left them there.
The man on the phone from Papa Joes was very kind and accommodating. He personally drove my missing drinks to my house.
Customer service is 10/10, and their food is great too!!

A great spot that is severely underrated! The first time I went, I was greeted with amazing customer service and great food. This hasn’t changed one bit in the two years I’ve been eating here. I cannot recommend this place enough! The atmosphere is personal and welcoming, and it’s the best pizza you can get for the price!

I ordered takeout from Papa Joe’s and was really impressed. The pizza was fresh, flavorful, and still hot when I got home—the crust was perfectly crispy! The staff was friendly and quick, and the pickup process was smooth. Even though I didn’t dine in, the place had a nice and welcoming vibe. Definitely one of the best takeout pizza spots in Ottawa!

I was disrespected from the owner of the restaurant as well .. that's why I was disrespectful... I paid 70$ for an order and to be called on over the phone and me being a girl is WOW 😲
