Why is my pizza dripping…. Cant even eat it warm because boiling pools Of sauce pour out everytime i try to lift it. Not a topping left on the slice by the time I can bite it

Black Lady at counter was not knowledgeable about pricing and was handing over 2 large pizzas for 60 dollars. She gave us 30.52 dollars pricing on phone and when we went to pickup pizzas she said it’s 60 dollars. Totally not acceptable and I requested to speak to her manager or owner he said that she is the owner which clearly she was not. She kept pizzas back was very rude and racist behaviour. Very disappointed with this.

We called and ordered two pizzaz and the black lady on phone said $30.52 for the pizzas. When we came to pick up the order she billed $60. When ask why is she charging more, she was very rude and said that’s the price. Take it or leave it. She said she realized that she didn’t put the second pizza in after the call was disconnected. The online order price for two pizza was also $30, we could have ordered it online, but because she failed to communicate, she wanted us to pay for her mistake.
She didn’t even say sorry for the miscommunication, but she made it sound like we were freeloaders and we were looking for a free pizza. She was not willing to cooperate or call her manager. She stopped talking to us and we literally stood there for good 5 mins wondering if she is gonna help.
We left the store and didn’t pick the order up. If the store owner is reading this, this is not good for your business.

Craving a pizza slice, I landed at Papa John’s. The store was pretty neat and not busy. The customer service was friendly and super fast. I ordered a slice of cheese pizza, which was excellent and very budget friendly. The car parking is huge. Highly recommended for a nice pizza!
Made sure to forward a deal on that was not selected by me. Promotion which I missed while ordering.

Placed an order at noon for 5pm delivery. A cold pizza finally showed up at 5:40pm.

Had it for the first time last night. Very average pizza or maybe slightly higher value pizza. Nothing special. For fun I decided to check out the price. I ordered a large with I meat and 4 veg. $30. Nuts! My initial review was a 3 when not paying. Don't get this pizza. So many better non american based chain stores!
