I went in to pick up an order two pizzas that I got from Uber amazing deal. It was buy one get one free saved a lot of money and the lady at the front desk was very very kind. I asked to purchase some extra garlic and she helped sort that out however she told me that she was just the driver, she was very kind whatever driver she was for if she just delivers the pizzas she was awesome and I believe it was Julie and Kaitlyn really helped me out and help me choose what toppings and they gave me a 10% off my purchase coupon overall amazing service will definitely be back here again !!

Good pizza, fresh ingredients, HORRIBLE customer service, I ordered 1 small pizza to dine in, the employee gave me the pizza in a box, once I finished I couldn't find a bin so I gave it to her and she was very rude telling me they don't have cardboard bin, which is NOT my problem, she was very mean, her body language was not the one you supposed to have if you are working with customers, also the handicap button didn't work I was with my baby in my stroller. Not a really good experience dining in. ?
Ps. She didn't ask me if I was dining in or taking out.

Uber Ordered XL new-york style pizza for the first time from papa John’s west Ottawa location.
It was no different than thin crust with very minimal base sauce and less toppings. Hardly saw any toppings on one side of the pizza.
It was $55 worth of pizza and I’m very disappointed with it and why do you guys write New-York style if it’s just another thin crust?!

Tried the make your own pizza experience with the kids and it was fantastic, they loved it. Josh the owner was kind and you could tell he cared about the community. It was our first time trying Papa John and it was really good pizza. We'll definitely be back when football season comes around.

They were kind and generous enough to donate pizza to our children’s community group for our last meeting of the year and it was a hit. The pizza was hot and ready on time. And it was delicious. Staff in sweat pants who can't understand a very basic customer issue. I was there June 16, 2024. I'm no complainer. This is my first bad review in 41 years. I always given benefit of the dought but this out of all my experience takes the cake.
