Had it for the first time last night. Very average pizza or maybe slightly higher value pizza. Nothing special. For fun I decided to check out the price. I ordered a large with I meat and 4 veg. $30. Nuts! My initial review was a 3 when not paying. Don't get this pizza. So many better non american based chain stores!

I recently ordered from this Papa John's restaurant on December 14th, 2024, through their mobile app. The app showed the correct total (no taxes), but after payment, my receipt included HST/GST. My bank confirmed I was billed the wrong amount.
I contacted Customer Support and was told to fill out a feedback form, with a promise that the issue would be resolved within 48 hours. However, it’s been longer and I have not received any follow-up. This has been very frustrating, and the issue remains unresolved.
I hope the management takes this seriously and addresses this billing mistake. My order 1180569737.
