We went for ice-cream - great selection! Papa Sam was super sweet and gave our son his first tasting of ice cream!!! Will be back many more times this summer!

They listed the price on UberEats at $19.50 for a plain cheese pizza and adjusted the price after I ordered to $27.50.. when we called in to ask why we were charged the extra $4.00 or so they told us they changed the prices of their pizzas and it hasn’t updated on Uber eats yet and went on crying about how they aren’t able to compete with the original low price. Con artists.

It was okay. Pretty run down and dark inside. The pizza was overcooked and salad was far to heavily dressed. I can see the appeal if you were a regular, but as a first time patron, I probably won't be back.

I honestly haven't eaten there in well over 10 years, but their pizza is just as good as what I remembered. The crust is soft and just the right thickness. The ingredients are fresh and just the right amount of saltiness.

Really disappointed with the take out food.I ordered a large Papa Sam's special with suicide wings and a Greek salad. The pizza tasted and looked like it was sitting out on a counter for a few hours. The wings were way overcooked, dried out, no sauce and not hot or suicide at all. The Greek salad was a sloppy mess of old leaf lettuce with really rancid oil. It has been many years since coworkers and I used to eat there for lunch in Kanata and it used to be great. Will not be returning and recommend choosing another restaurant for a Friday night take out!

Very disappointing. It's too bad; they used to be very good.Dried out, over-cooked, tiny wings. Pizza with crust paper-thin that looked old....like we got a leftover one from the lunch hour.. Salad with the the lettuce stem in it and very few veggies for a Greek salad.At least they used real kalamata olives and not canned. I'll give them that.

Must have the pizza. Sam takes the time to know every one of his guests. He takes pride in his business and it shows. Warm and cozy restaurant. He is often there serving everyone personally. A hidden gem in Kanata.
