ParsItal (Persian & Italian) Restaurant

Excellent costumer service. Friendly and professional staff.

We visited ParsItal off Carp Road with our kids and really enjoyed the calm, quiet atmosphere. Our server Marisa was friendly and knowledgeable, helping us navigate the menu with great suggestions.

We started with the whey eggplant and bruschetta, both fresh and delicious. For mains, we had the Chicken Fessenjan and seafood linguini. The kids loved the seafood pasta too.

Great food, warm service, and a peaceful vibe. Definitely worth checking out.

Don't get any of the Italian dishes... Maybe the Persian ones are better. The veil tortellini in rose sauce was doughy and spicy, for some reason. Couldn't finish it.

Pricey for the food quality you get.

The server was very nice, but it was clear she was not trained for the type of restaurant this establishment is trying to be.

Dining at this Persian & Italian restaurant was an absolute delight from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the warm, inviting atmosphere and aromatic scents of saffron, grilled meats, and fresh herbs set the stage for what turned out to be an unforgettable meal.

The menu is full of authentic Persian dishes, each more tempting than the last. I started with the kashk-e bademjan— It was packed with flavor and beautifully presented.

For the main course, I went with the ghormeh sabzi, a deeply comforting herb stew with tender beef and kidney beans, served with perfectly fluffy basmati rice.

Service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The staff made thoughtful recommendations and took the time to explain dishes for anyone unfamiliar with Persian cuisine.

And of course, no meal here is complete without a glass of hot Persian tea.

This restaurant offers more than just great food—it offers a glimpse into the heart of Persian culture. I’ll definitely be back!

Highly recommend—5/5 stars!

I do not recommend this place and here is why:
1) The waitress was nice enough but needed more training.
2) Food was not the best both in terms of quantity and quality. My Barg kabab was heavily spiced (Barg doesn't need a lot of spices if the right cut of meat was used), it was not juicy and tender at all and it was half a skewer.
3) Desert was awful, the NY cheesecakes were frozen and macrowaived (each bite was a surprise, could be warm or cold) and the tiramisu was completely frozen.

We were in the mood to explore a new restaurant. Google lookup listed ParsItal and we were intrigued. While we couldn't explore much of the Persian dishes owing to our vegetarian preference, we enjoyed a good range of Italian ones. Ravioli, Lasagna, and Manicotti, not to mention the Whey Eggplant. Food was fantastic but it was Marisa's service that made a good experience, great. She helped us make the right choices, suggested options, and in general friendly. We will come back again in a few months to try out other options.

Food was garbage 😞😞😞

This restaurant has so much potential, but the owner needs to stick to a Italian or a Persian identity. Mixing them both may work in marriages, but in food they cater to wildly different taste buds. The menu is confusing and food is bland. Not a lot of patronage seen on what should be a busy lunch hour. We left after having a few bites.
