We accidentally stumbled upon this restaurant 2 years ago when we visited Ottawa and we really loved this place for the food and vibes. We went there yesterday again on our Ottawa visit because we wanted food without onion and garlic. Only place in downtown Ottawa where you can get this kind of food is Peace Garden Pushpa who owns this place was kind enough and prepared paninis for us without onion and garlic by modifying the recipe to accomodate our request. A nice zen break from the status quo in the Market.
Granted, I stopped in for a light snack, so I can’t speak to their menu; which looked good.
I had a coffee, banana bread, and a nice reflective conversation with my partner.
The staff are super friendly. I will definitely make my way back and try their rather unique menu options.
