I bought a “fresh” wild sockeye salmon filet yesterday and I was going to make it for dinner, it was a $71 dollar piece of fish, and it was no good. I had to throw it out because it smelt terrible. It obviously wasn’t totally fresh. I’m not buying fish here anymore.

Amazing atmosphere and server was good too. Admittedly not a seafood lover and didn’t really love the mains but may just be me. Everything tasted fresh and good overall- fried shrimp was 5/5 IMO

Restaurant atmosphere is fun hustle and bustle. Everything on our seafood tower tasted good and fresh, except the ceviche. We came back a second time and ordered it - we asked if we could substitute it, but the server said they cannot change anything. Clam pasta, chowder, and coconut shrimp were all great.

Great Seafood !! We’ll Definitely Be Back We travel all over Florida and have tried a lot of seafood, and this place really impressed us. The oysters were honestly the best we’ve ever had, fresh, cold, and full of flavor. The lobster was cooked just right, and the mussels were absolutely delicious.
Everything tasted fresh and was well-prepared. Definitely one of the best seafood spots we’ve been to in a long time. We’ll be back for sure!

We took a $20 dollar cab ride to there for happy hour. Stuck in traffic for half hour then get there and they have no happy hour Out of oysters No other things offered Waitress was not good. Out $40 to go to a place that is crap Next time we will stay around the ByWard market Do not waste your time going to Pelican

I searched internet for a good restaurant and found this one. After reading the menu, we decided to give it a try. We are so happy we came here. The recipes are creative. The dishes are tasty and healthy. The prices are reasonable. We also plan to buy some frozen food when we are at convenient time. We will definitely come back.

One of my favourite restaurants if not my favourite in Ottawa. I was very very very very sad at my last visit when I saw that the menu had been changed & they had removed my favourite pasta dish EVER The Crab Linguine. I'm reslly hoping it comes back. 😭 we opted for the fish and chips and it was delicious. But Crab Linguine remains my favourite!

Wao wao wao holy smokes the best salmon i have ever had from presentation to taste this was hands down the best oh and christine is a great host ? she recommended the meal

I exclusively order these three dishes: calamari, tuna tartare, and the fish and chips. Honestly, it's some of the best food I've ever had, and it's consistently great every time. I went for my birthday as a big celebratory meal, and it was fantastic. I would totally recommend it—but I’m hesitant to bring friends in case they ruin the experience. Absolutely loved it!
