Ambiance was more approachable than other tasting menu restaurants in the city. You can watch your dishes being plated which is entertaining at the same time. A great experience! Accommodation for an allergy in our party was respectfully done to keep the theme of the dishes in line with the other diners. We appreciated the promotion of environmental sustainability rather than veganism.

Every dish of our 9 plate meal was a work of art visually and gastronomically! The wine pairing, which we shared, was refined, delicious and varied including Cava from Spain, wine from France and Austria and more, as well as Sake and house-invented cocktails. The service was very good. We received an anniversary wishes card and an extra dessert for the occasion. All in all a wonderful meal and experience. John.

Food was creative but delicious- sometimes the tasting menus exercise creativity over actual taste. This one was a perfect balance. The drink pairings were original - a mix of wine, mixed drinks and even sake. My favorite thing is they actually customized the experience each member of our party - one vegetarian one without shellfish- but all delicious!

Perch did not disappoint! From start to finish, every dish was tasteful done and full of flavor. Different textures, different flavours, different temperatures all worked together!
Service was attentive and each dish was explained in great detail. We were able to see the chefs work and plate each dish carefully. Even tho we were there for over 3 hours, it felt much shorter.

My personal favourite course was the “Bison three ways” course—the donut was absolutely incredible. We have a few Michelin worthy restaurants in the city, and Perch is definitely one of them.
