Perch did not disappoint! From start to finish, every dish was tasteful done and full of flavor. Different textures, different flavours, different temperatures all worked together!
Service was attentive and each dish was explained in great detail. We were able to see the chefs work and plate each dish carefully. Even tho we were there for over 3 hours, it felt much shorter.

My personal favourite course was the “Bison three ways” course—the donut was absolutely incredible. We have a few Michelin worthy restaurants in the city, and Perch is definitely one of them. The food and service here was fantastic, and honestly comparable to restaurants with one star. Courses flowed perfectly, looked beautiful, and tasted delicious. Small intimate dining space with the kitchen visible makes for a great date location. If you are in Ottawa, this place is a must visit.
