I brought my gf here for our anniversary, and we did the tasting menu with wine and alternative drink pairing. Firstly, the service was amazing, I'm not a very fancy person and they explained the concepts of the food as well as the best tricks to eat said food. I really enjoyed every dish, and being able to see the art and skills of the chef's up close was very fun. The meals were perfectly timed, and the drinks were incredible as well. Well worth it for a special occasion...
The macaron course was the best. Unique and flavours reminded me memories from my childhood going to the fish market.
Not a fan of the tuna in butter sauce. Just fell flat and butter was overpowering.
Many dishes were heavy on the salt.

Dietary restrictions: They were amazing about catering to our dietary restrictions, we indicated no pork or alcohol and they were happy to adjust with given notice.
