Beer we ordered was not just flat - it was spoiled / gone bad. Duck breast and beef cabob tasted like they were cooked two days and then warmed up in a microwave before served! Wateress did not write down our order details and we were setved the food we didn't order. I am not coming back to this place again.

People here were cool and environment was nice but holeeeee I laughed when the “fried mozzarella” came to the table and it was the same shit I fried at home from walmart at lunch 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Very disappointing experience. If a zero-star option were available, this would deserve it. There was a bug in our food, and our meals took 45 minutes to an hour to arrive. To make matters worse, the restaurant was hosting an event that occupied the entire space — at that point, it would have been better to close for the event rather than compromise service for other guests.
When we raised our concerns, the server and manager offered only a 15% discount for 2 of the 11 people in our group. Their justification was that “the food and drinks came out at a normal time,” which simply isn’t true. In most Ottawa restaurants, meals are served within 20–30 minutes.
The small discount did nothing to address the poor experience, and we left feeling dissatisfied and dismissed. Overall, the lack of accountability and inadequate response left a very negative impression. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Tried this place on a recent visit to Ottawa. Ordered the Bruschetta, Sultani Kebab, Vaziri Kebab, and Persis Grill Ice cream. The skewers were all excellent, the filet pieces were actually very moist and done to my liking, perfectly medium. The bruschetta must have a Persian twist because it was with onion and parsley instead of garlic and basil but it was still nice. Service was excellent. I would not hesitate to go back if I am in town again. There were a few appetizers I would still like to try.

I tried the most delicious kebabs here: Barg kebab 😍😍, Koobideh kebab, marinated olives, and various drinks. I’m sure the other dishes are just as great. The place is luxurious, and the best part is Reza, the manager, who is very professional and polite. It has always been a wonderful experience for me, and I have never regretted it. I highly recommend it ✅✅

Went around 3:30 for the reservation we booked and was greeted by Paniz. She was very nice and made sure everything was okay with us. I got the 8oz NY steak and it was delicious melts in your mouth. The appetizer was okay for the calamari. Overall great experience. Thank you 😊
