Its Official, Pho Van Van is THE Vietnamese in Ottawa. AMAZING FOOD that we cant get enough of.
Went for lunch had chicken with crispy noodles and veggies. The chicken was flavourless and grizzly, and the veggies maybe passed by the wok, but were mostly raw with equally little flavour. Rushing to serve food rather than a quality cook is a FAIL in my books. Too bad, becasue they used to be my favourite. Probably won't be back.
The foods are super awesome and highly recommended...!
