We had a great dinner at this restaurant. I booked a large table for 15 people two days in advance, but when we arrived, they couldn’t find my reservation, which was surprising. However, they were able to accommodate our group, which we appreciated. The pho soup was tasty! And they have free parking across the road.

We were a group of 5 that ate here. It wasn’t busy. In fact , the servers are just sitting. We asked for a soup laddle, to help share the large pho , for two, only to be told they only have one laddle. We asked again and they repeated , they had just one laddle. Can’t believe that! We were disappointed! Customer service is not good. Not a pleasant experience overall. Not coming back!

Since my family landed to Canada, we have been there almost 9year. The food are still good and delicious but these day the soup doesn’t have the same taste as before. I think or maybe the chef 🧑🍳 is different from the old chef but I still love to go there with my siblings and family cuz the service are excellent and it hold my family memories in this place.❤️

I come here everytime I'm in Ottawa. Hands down the best Pho, it never dissapoints and always hits the spot. The staff is always polite and really nice too. I highly recommend this place!
I gave five stars for atmosphere because I find its somewhat unglitzy ambience comforting. ??♂️ But never mind that, the food is why I keep coming back. Get the BBQ pork rice wraps to start and get the pho spicy and with egg noodles. So good.

Consistently good, quality food. Especially like that the location is slightly off the beaten path. It's always a chill atmosphere when I've gone with my son & wife.
Kid-friendliness: Easy going staff, and there's fish tanks, which are obviously popular with a 3 year old.
