Hands-down the worst pho I've ever had. The broth tasted like vinegar and MSG and the noodles were overcooked to the point they were almost like spaghetti.
The spring rolls were oily and flavourless to the point that they were inedible (to be fair, the friendly cashier comped them for us).
Multiple people who were in the restaurant openly complained about the quality of their food and left after barely haven eaten any of their order.
The prices are considerably higher than all the other pho restaurants in Chinatown. You're much better off going to the one next door if you're dining after midnight.

Shrimp rice wrap is so plain. They don't put basil or anything aside Lettuce, shrimp, vermicelli noodles. Peanut sauce barely tasted like peanuts and only vinegar. Fried shrimp were also overcooked. And everything had a odd odor. I love pho and have been to many. But this place was so disappointing and really not good. Even the strawberry shake was off. I did uber eats from night, but I have done the same with alternative pho restaurant and at least other places were flavourful and not smelling off putting. Really inedible. Go somewhere else. Honestly anywhere else in Chinatown..

Was visiting Ottawa and my brother in law and I got take out from this place. Both of us got food poisoning. It was the only thing the two of us ate that I was different from the rest of the group that day. Everyone else is fine.

PLS: WHAT HAPPENED TO MY TOP 1/FAVORITE PHO RESTAURANT？I mean IT WAS my favorite pho restaurant in LAST 10 year BUT currently everything changed. last time came with my parents and boyfriend which ruined my night time. I kept complaining how SALTY the meat were in my opinion they used another company for their raw ingredients which is a HUGE MISTAKE
