PLS: WHAT HAPPENED TO MY TOP 1/FAVORITE PHO RESTAURANT？I mean IT WAS my favorite pho restaurant in LAST 10 year BUT currently everything changed. last time came with my parents and boyfriend which ruined my night time. I kept complaining how SALTY the meat were in my opinion they used another company for their raw ingredients which is a HUGE MISTAKE

The owner doesn’t even know what is RARE BEFF supposed to be. We came in at 2am and they are the one opens late until 5am I think. We ordered Bun Bo Hue and Famous Rare Beef Pho. The Bun Bo Hue didn’t taste any shrimp sauce or lemongrass at all. Especially The famous rare beef, all the beef were overcook and very chewy. I asked the lady who was the owner and she even just told us that they did serve rare beef and didn’t even realize how overcooked they were. I had to order a side dish of rare beef to eat and she charged $6.99 for that. How stupid and stubborn the restaurant is when they have no ideas about cooking like that! Will never ever come back.

We tried this place out as we were looking for something Asian to eat at 11PM & came across this restaurant that’s open until 5AM.
My friend enjoyed his vermicelli dish, but I was quite disappointed with mine. I stayed with the safe & classic order… “The FAMOUS Rare Beef” but it arrived with completely cooked beef (in photos) and the noodles were in a big chunk that was hard to break apart as if it’s been sitting in the cold for some time before the broth was poured in. Spring rolls were so oily, and I didn’t even have a place to wipe my hands as they don’t provide napkins here.
Wouldn’t particularly return by choice… but will maybe give it another shot earlier in the day in hopes it’ll be better quality.
