While I understand that food isn’t at its optimum quality when delivery, these noodles were so overcooked that they were actual mush and just disintegrated as you tried to pick them up.I did not try and force the noodles apart when they were in a clump in the bowl, nor was I rough with them, I simply poured the broth over and tried to flip them over.The onions that topped the soup were just random chunk sizes instead of sliced (not ideal when trying to slurp soup)Ordered an extra large which was not worth the price when it’s basically only extra noodles and broth isn’t enough for that amount of noodles, and meat+veggie toppings were also not enough. (Basically the amount for a small bowl, did not reflect the amount needed for an extra large portion)1 star because broth was okay.

Easily the best pho in Ottawa. Also great customer service when an Uber Eats driver stole my order. There's a reason this is the only pho restaurant I eat from, and why I will continue coming here (no more uber though).

The pho was delicious. Go for the food, not the atmosphere.
As they say in Vietnamese, the food was "Thom gun!!" (most probably that's misspelled, but it means 'delicious'!!). We found a good parking spot behind the restaurant, so it was convenient, and the service right after we ordered our food was quick, excellent and when we asked for more lime, we were surprised when they brought us a bunch!! Usually, restaurants bring us only one tiny lime quarter (or two, if we are lucky), but here, they are not tight with their service. The food was the happy note of my day.Yum-yummy!!Parking: There is a lot for customers just behind the restaurant
Ordered pho and beef rice wraps rolls. Pho was great but the rice wraps rolls were a disappointment. When I got my delivery and opened the rice wraps container just to find my rolls broken.. it's just shoddy work. $9 for bad work quality is just robbery!That's why I'm leaving a 2 star.It's just disappointing.

For $17.00, you get a small bowl of salt water (half full), 2 pieces of beef and a bit of noodles. Our order was messed up as well and way over priced for what it is. I will NEVER RETURN. It use to be good but I'm not sure what this place has become.

Really big portions. The rare beef ended up strangely tough. Their floors are super slippery. It’s very impressive how they’re able to walk around with big hot bowls of soup like that.
